$0.00

Comparison of Compulsory Elements for the next cycle, 2021 to 2029 Chart depicts all the elements published to date that are within the compulsory exercises for Levels 1 through Level 5. This chart replaces the one published earlier by Masters of Sport.

The lateral correlation tried to keep the same skill within the same family across the levels. This will make lesson planning within the Annual Plan much easier.

The “Training Importance” Charts show, in our opinion, the importance of each skill and the amount of time or the importance it has within the training numbers. There are a few skills added that are NOT within the compulsory routine, but are vital to training for success. Example: Vault has jump stick landings listed due to how important this is in an athlete’s repertoire.
